It's hard sometimes to make sense of exactly what their policies are but I can tell you that the last time I checked their conditions of use it included no uploading of porn. It doesn't say that anymore so, from that, I would deduct that it is now allowed to be uploaded.

This is currently their "conditions of use"

" Basically, users may save any file at RapidShare irrespective of the file format or of the file contents. Excluded, however, are files the possession and/or circulation of which is illegal, such as

- [i]chilled pornography content,
- works the download of which violates third party copyrights;
- racist or violence-glorifying works,
- instructions to criminal offences against public peace.
This list is not conclusive.[/i]"

Notice, though, that they do include no copyrighted material so you might be hit on that count and bringing their attention to it might even result in those files being removed.

Anybody get anything yet through this program that lives in the USA? Pay much customs fees? Maybe an Amazon paper voucher would be zero fees?

So many questions this makes me wonder...


I am from the US and I got paid 57.something euros, almost twice the 30 euros I paid for a 6-month premium account. I was just reluctant to convert my premium points again because half of my files were blocked recently and they may tell me I violated their TOS&C. Before that, I had a few files blocked which comprise very little percentage of all the files I uploaded. If you don't have a lot of files blocked, go for it but don't blame me if something happens (LOL). You have to take the chance if you want to get something out of your premium points. As far as customs deal, Amazon has a US franchise if it is not a US Company. I bought a few items from Amazon before and all I have to pay for is the shipping charges and of course, the item I bought.

Also, all of my files are porn. I hope this helps.

I have a useful tool you are searching for, Loui! It is fine for managing a lot of files on a lot of accounts easily. The search- and copy&paste-functions are really useful!


I have been using this program for the last year and so far nobody stole my accounts! So dont worry.

just to let ppl know, i took up the option of having the Amazon voucher when the offer was on and cashed up some of me points.
got an email today from them with a voucher code for the amount which you can use on Amazon. the deal was for 50 euros, i got £44, damn pound being weak
Cracking deal, shame you could only use it the once as i would of ordered alot more. Just will keep an eye out on the rewards and see what comes up.
