An important announcement!

I don't know why this filehosting argument keeps going on. The owner of the forum is going to do whatever he wants no matter what is said, just like 99% of most people who are in total control of something and not worry too much about suggestions unless they are loosing visitors/$$$, etc. My advice is to give your opinion once and if still not satisfied then leave like I did a long time ago. I just simply won't post here and will post in other forums that are just as good or better. I'll just be a freeloader here like many others who never say or post anything and just download. If people don't mind uploading to rapidshare and also paying rapidshare to share their stuff for free then that's on them. If people don't mind the long waiting times for Oron and slow download speed then that's on them. Only thing I do is check this forum every once in a while for any changes and if I don't like them then I just go back to doing my own thing. That's all you can do.

This all sound good if you only ever visit Forumophilia. Thats where Rapidshare was great, because no matter where you went in cyberspace, the majority of downloading was through Rapidshare.
Now you have different forums going in different directions with different file host.
Fortunatly the big movie download websites are still predominately Rapidshare. I am preying that they do not catch onto the cashgrab frenzy, or its back to the TV for me.

All of the posters that I visited are GONE. If you are not after MetArt,MetModels or Femjoy, then there is nothing worth hanging around for.

sigmaproject - Which movie-sites are those that are predominately RS? I know that the 2-3 biggest board are moving to NL/HF. Off course there might be some places that have a RS-only policy, but then again I bet their pretimes are rubbish. But anyway if you are into pretimes you need topsite-access.

And yes if you came here for some niches it's bad if the posters of that niche leaves, but I post the big sites because I want alot of downloads. Not because of any reward or even a free premium-account, but I use some time uploading and I don't really want to do it if only a couple of people download my files.

locomars -on some of the biggest warez-boards link-protectors are banned specifically because they have been used for phishing and with the link-protectors that hides the links the best, you cant see what you're clicking before it's too late.
Now I have downloaded almost nothing in here, but you are right, I haven't seen alot of complaining about viruses in the old link-protectors.
But those didn't really protect all that much (alot of my files protected with secured-in died hours after posting) and well then I think it's better to post them "naked" (but better still would be if we got a hide-tag),

I think you misunderstood me, I wouldn't choose 3 filehosters, I would choose 1 to give downloaders the option to only buy 1 premium account, and to give uploaders more downloads of their files, because more members would get premium-accounts when you only have to buy 1.
I would have chosen another filehost than Oron, but that's history know.

And finally i donload thing for Oron and when you download some big like 200 MB you have to wait for a 1 or 2 hours i dont remember and when you download from RS 15 min and MU no time waiting like free user no premium user. Because yes is easy say becomes a premium of Oron and stop crying, but people that dont have money why you think they (or maybe i have to say we) search free material in the net????

Well a solution is uploading to Oron the material that i download from here and recicly material in order to gain points or money (i dont know) and get a premium acount, and report the old links and put my´s

Well, to tell you the truth, I don't have nothing against earning a few bucks along the way. That has allowed me to purchase access to other accounts.

What I wanted to understand was the different values presented by Paradontes.

Thats not bad going for a guy that only joined the forum 2 weeks ago.

I would love to know where he posts to make that sort of money.

I hardly ever seen oron links in the dozen or so forums and movie sites I visit. Maybe a fabrication. I wouldnt put anything past the guys that have joined the site in the last couple of weeks. Its all about marketing.

IMHO deleting something you don't like to read doesn't show much respect in th rules which form a community.
Anarchy can be defined in a positive and in a negative way. It's possible to go someones own way with and without caring about others.
