Regarding previous set -- well, I really don't know anything by Smokie so as long as you include one of theirs I'll always fall short. Confused

Latest set ... gettin' easier, although I'm still missing one. #1 in fact. Hey, maybe its Smokie. Rolling Eyes Very Happy

Did you ever see the South Park episode where they use a goat for Stevie Nicks? Too fuckin' funny. Christine McVie was so much better IMESHO.

#3 -- DAMN, I wish I was your lover, by Sophie Hawkins. I dedicate this to "Streetwalker" -- next time I'm in Sierra Leone, errr, Burkina Faso, errr France, we'll make beautiful music together baby.

#7 -- Talking Heads, Psycho Killer. From Stop Making Sense (RM chops his hand down his forearm)(sorry if you haven't seen that). I bet Mole knew this one as well.

#1 -- ?????????

For Cryin' Out Loud, you included a Meat Loaf song. Hah! Not the best one off BOOH, but still a dandy! You took the words right out of my mouth, Elmo. Shit, I am just all revved up with no place to go right now. Well, of the three that were missing, I got two. And two out of three ain't bad.

Can you picture looking at pics of Grace (tf) on a laptop in a car at night? Now THAT is ... wait for it ... Paradise by the Dashboard Light.

I would also have accepted Alien Ant Farm which I think was a way better version.
does anyone know what Chers nick name is/was?
knew you would know the Talking heads RM well done but I didnt think anyone would get Sophie B Hawkins.

ok I might let someone else have a crack after this one, I'll make my choice when I answer these as to who it is.
OKOKOK NO MORE SMOKIE but like I said 9 out of 10 and twice now the only one that has stumped you is Smokie lmao

Lots of time passed, feel I have given enough time for others, time for me to shine...

Two more.

2) Lou Gramm "Midnight Blue"

Ladies and Gentlemen, you wanted the best, you GOT the best, The Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World!!!!!

Fireworks and flashy lights go off...

10) Kiss "Detroit Rock City"

All these years I thought the radio was the only LIGHT, so I googled after getting it, sure enough, I have been mistaken for quite some time... Laughing
Even sang it wrong at three shows!!!

6) Eagles - New Kid in Town

The rest are killing me. I really thought #5 was "Help Me Make it Through the Night", but it would have to be a major lyric rewrite for that to be true.

So. Yeah. #6 and that's all.

Edit: And stop using song titles with dirty words. That's 2 in a row you caught me on! Smile

No SD, thank YOU for posting these. Great stuff. Almost as good as beautiful nekkid teens. Very Happy Very Happy

Oh shit, that is funny as hell. I honestly didn't know that the one I was missing from the previous set was Smokie again -- I was just kidding. I am LMAO. Of course, I'm probably the only one. Embarassed

SD, I knew Sophie Hawkins, sorry, Sophie B. Hawkins, because of 2 things. First, I lived in San Francisco during the 90s (its a song about a Lesbian, need I say more?). Second, RM knows chick-rock. Cool

If you want to take a break for a weekend I'll try to post a set and keep it alive in your honor, ok? Just let me know. Of course there might be chick-rock and no Smokie. But I'm sure the whole world knows the Indigo Girls, right? Very Happy

On to this latest set. WOW. Shocked You cranked up the difficulty a few notches. Yikes. I can only add two more -- and take away one as well. There are still three open, boys and girls, #6, 7, and 9.

#1 -- Mozzie got it, but I'll just be a pain in the ass and ask wasn't it a duet with Ozzy Osbourne? Rolling Eyes

#2 -- way to go Mole. I knew the song and the fact that it was the singer from Foreigner but I couldn't remember his name. Embarassed

#3 -- A rock icon: BOB DYLAN. Shooting Star.

#4 -- Furry rodentia again. Oh, and Big Hair bands piss me off. Evil or Very Mad

#5 -- impressive, Ozzy Mozzie!

#6 -- ????? I have no idear. And sorry Elmo but I think you are wrong, its not the Eagles, although that first line is similar. Please don't put me in cement shoes, okay?? But the lyrics from the Eagles song you mention are:
There's so many things you should have told her,
But night after night you're willing to hold her,
Just hold her, tears on your shoulder.

#7 -- ??????

#8 -- Cranberries - Linger. Irish chick-rock, hommina hommina.

#9 -- ??????

#10 -- Mole, sing along with me: I-I-I ... want to rock and roll all niiight, and party ev-er-y day...

Oh. And Mole, sorry, not sure what you're asking about. What is that flag? Confused Confused, me.

RM

p.s. am clueless about Cher, other than the fact that she was good in the movie Mask and she has some songs that gay guys (among others) just LOVE. Rolling Eyes
