I'm not sure about the New Super Mario Bros Wii game. It has no online option, so you need 3 friends round whenever you want to play it. Single player seems to be exactly the same as the DS version of the same titled game.

I'm more looking forward to Super Mario Galaxy 2 next year. Yoshi returns! Smile

I personally don't think that you have to have online play for a game to be fun, yea it'd help but it's not necessary.

I'm looking forward to both games myself.

Has the hype over the Wii died out? It seems like old folks aren't playing the system anymore and hardcore gamers are just frustrated with the controller's inaccuracies.

I think the Wii was always a novelty, and most people would get bored with it once the novelty wore off.

Personally i think its great when you have you mates over and its a good laugh. Love Mario Karts online, so much fun. But to much Wii can become boring hence why you need a PS3 Cool

The Wii is for very casual gamers. Anyone wanting a real gaming experience will go for the 360 or PS3. My problem with the Wii is that the controller is so inaccurate and frustrating at times. It was suppose to be accurate and give gamers a unique experience. Jerking the controller in a vulgar manner is not interesting to me. If I want to jerk my controller, I come here. Twisted Evil

I haven't tried it myself, but the new Motion+ add-on is supposed to make it more accurate. unfortunately, it doesn't do jack for the games that were released before it was.

Never played Wii, it's good for parties and fun, but the games aren't interesting enough for myself.

I like RPG, shooter etc., like BioShock, Fallout, Dead Space and these games will never make their way on Wii.

Bought Fallout GOTY right now, just to play the add-ons.
Better than buy them one by one in the PS3-Store.

Can't wait until BioShock 2 will be published Very Happy

I've never been much of a FPS fan, I'm more of a sports gamer and I must say that the Wii versions of NCAA/Madden are the shit...

Assassin's Creed 2 was awesome, the ending and secret message video were freaking weird as hell though.
it also pretty much guaranteed another sequel, which I'll more than likely get.

I never had a 64, but I played that at my cousin's a few times, I liked it.

I heard rumors that someone was planning on redoing it for the current gen, but haven't heard anything solid.

That would be amazing, but only if they did it right.

Was a great multi-player game and would be immense to play it online!
