Please explain to me why girls get tattoos

i dont mind a small rose on the lower ankle

but why do some girls simply plaster their bodies with what i find most of the time to be ugly tattoos? do they think guys like this?

I actually like tattoos on girls a lot. I've know girls who've told me the experience of getting a tattoo...the pain...is like the hottest sex.

I also believe for many (the ones who get numerous)...is a way of marking different points in their life (passing of somone, graduation, etc)...

It's also a way of taking control of their bodies. So many girls are "owned" by their boyfriends/husbands/parents...it's their way of marking their own territory...themselves.

Also...for some it's an art form. There are some truly masterful tattoos. (Also I'll take a tattooed/pierced girl in bed over one not tattooed/pierced ANY day...no comparison as who which is more willing to try ANYthing.)

Yes, some just do it because everyone else is...but they usually have just one. But when/if they get addicted to the pleasure/the look and get more than one...then it's no longer about copying other people, but instead about being themselves...

I'm another who isnt a fan of tatoos. Yes, I understand its theirs to choose but, for my taste, most take away from a womans natural beauty instead of enhancing it. A small one here or there, sure, no problem. However, some seem to get these random bumper sticker-ish junk that I just dont get. The perfect example I can think of is a cam model I once visted occasionaly. This woman was so seriously gorgeous. Cover girl beautiful. Face, hair, figure, it was all there. The only thing that ruined it was all these random tatoos, a new one apearing every so often. A zipper over her pubic mound? Cat paws up the thigh across the hip? An empty 5 point star on one of her breasts? It was almost like an act of defiance/rebelion against her own stark beauty more than significant icons that really meant something.

BTW, I've been very curious about these star tatoos. I've seen them a lot on shoulders or breasts. They are simple lines, creating a 5 point star. Any significance? Internet model Lindsey Marshal and Met Model Demi have them if thats a good reference.

My opinion is, that it all depends on the girl whether or lilke it.
If she's (f)ugly then she stays (f)ugly, but if it's a hot looking broad, then the tattoos are giving her a wild edge. From all the gils here over in Europe I fucked, the good looking girls WITH tats are wayyy nastier in bed than the hot looking girls without tats.

For me there's nothing sexier than clear, smooth skin. I hate the angel wings tattoos and the ones that are a sentence or two of text. Some of the Chinese character tatoos don't even mean what they think they do if they mean anything at all. Just my $.02 on the subject.

Especially the "tramp stamps" on the lower back. For the men who like tattooed girls, it is mainly an expression of degradation, just like guys who enjoy seeing girls smeared with cum/shit/whatever. Something that defiles the natural beauty of the girl makes them feel better.

For the girls/women, it's usually an expression not of independence, but of conforming or "fitting in". If they are a stripper and other strippers have the tattoos, then they want one too. Many girls think of them the same way they do cosmetics or fake nails, forgetting that tattoos are much more permanent. Yes, it's dumb, but then face it, most girls in porn are not there because they are Einsteins!

My opinion:
They do not make the girl more attractive.
They send a message - 'I am not cute'.
Most make the girl look slutty.
Sometimes I think the girl wants to deflect attention from what she does not like about her body.
Othertimes I think she did it because she does not like who she is or what she does for a living.
I think tattooed girls are less sexy.
They ruin a beautiful body forever.

So I guess I don't like them.
