Please explain to me why girls get tattoos

I think it really depends on the girl. Some girls have the right skin and put it in the right places. Others either can't pull it off or put a really bad one in the wrong place. Just like anything-it's not what is done but how its done. IMHO

a lovely woman with a tatoo seems to be cheapened,

the woman's skin is so very lovely the tattoo just makes it not good,

i look at a tattoo like i look at graffitti over a nice shop front etc.

I think some get the tatoos for flirting with guys. Recall being at party where tatoos came up in discussion and one of the girls metnioed she had one of a dolphin -- and then my friends and I said where at, let us see it, which it turned out she had it like midway between tummy and her bush... so a definite location and topic that got outa attention that nite.

i was disgusted by tattooed girls before i had tats myself, now i think it is really erotic if the right woman has the right tattoo

Tattoos generally make a girl look cheap. A little butterfly tattoo on the ankle is fine, but on the torso? It's like spray painting over the Mona Lisa. Why would a beautiful woman want to deface a piece of art (or ass)?

If I'm watching porn and a girl has too many tattoos, I skip to the next scene, no matter how cute she is. It's too much of a distraction having all that graffiti on their skin. tattoos are a big turn off for me, its such a shame that a beautiful woman can deface herself and spoil her beauty witth these things, I would ban them, just pains me to see them. I cried when I heard Belicia had got one and even today a tear sometimes trickles out when I think about it.

First off, I don't like tattoos on a girl.
I especially can't see those tattoos over the butts on
them girls anymore. Too many girls in my country got
those and I just can't see this anymore.
Maybe they think it's sexy or trendy...

But why girls get tattoos on their bodies generally?
For the same reason why men get tattoos on their body.
As far for tattoos, there is no difference between men and
women, in my opinion.
A tattoo is not a gender-thing.

Some people want to bring a message to the people
with their tattoos, some people want to express any
emotions or attitude with their tattoos, some tattoos
are a sign of love or loyalty (name of their lovers or
sign of their gang), some people consider tattoos as
beautiful, some got a so called fetish, some think it's
trendy to have a tattoo and some people are just way
too drunked when they decide to get tattooed.

This is a strange one for me.

With girlfriends I'm fine with a small one on say their foot.

But once went out with a girl that seemed really sweet and innocent, then later when she stripped off she had six tramp stamps all over her body - a complete turn off and I was totally shocked. I was turned right off - yes shallow but I simply could not get over it. We did not stay together long.

However, in porn I really like the vids when the girls have some serious body art. Not a few tramp stamps but covering a lot of thier body as in the suicidegirls.
