i agree those do look terrible. on some women it can be hard to tell if they have really had it done for example if they have boobs to start with and the implants just 'flesh' them out a bit. but like the ones on that girl above if the girl is skinny with no cleavage to start with then they just seem to stick out and look unattractive. i really dont like them and since my grandmother got them i wont even get a bath with her no more

I've seen plenty worse silicone boob jobs but these are still pretty awful looking and boner diminishing.
