I know exactly what you mean. But i think that the main purpose of plastic surgery is for the procedure to not be noticeable. Nastier than noticeable implants are the scars that some of these girls have. I heard that nowadays they use the bellybutton to insert the implants but some have scars around the nipples is sooo damn nasty.
As far as porn starts go, well most pornstars are a bit nutty. I think for the most part they are happy even if they look weird... I mean have you seen some of the tattoos some of these girls have?
