Small and natural is better than silicone any day. I tend to stay away from silicone in my movie preference as well as in strip clubs, and for sure in my personal life!!!

I consider it a tragedy when a girl with perfectly fine, albeit a lil' small tits goes and gets herself a boob job. Maybe if she was flat as a board, some perfectly done small ones would be in order. If they're droopy, maybe a surgical lift but no silicone please!
