Refers to hosting of files, not to download-Package
autocleanup is enabled in my account and the package was upgraded automatically to rperday=20 when i exceeded the traffic-limit.

IMO things will "normalize" in a couple of days.
RS is doing one big step (forward? backwards?) - everyone complains - RS makes some minor fixes and little steps back -> "it's not that bad" / "it could have been/was worse." ... and in the end RS is still on top [not this time, hehe]
I have to admit that I've nearly never used that new page - because it's crap IMHO - but now the old page doesnt exist and i prefer now a puristic text delivered from their API
I tried to upload a file -> something is uploaded (i see traffic) , but no file is stored at RS (according to refreshed page and to getaccountdetails_v1) RS will have to fix this
i used the old uploader -> file is there
I selected the checkbox and clicked delete (to recyle-bin) -> tells me i need to upgrade package -> seems to need FolderManagement

=> i've transfered the file to another account - that worked -> renamed file (which kills the link) => now i'll wait 60 days

You don't need to pay anything. The files are available for 60 days without download (no matter if it's an 'active' or 'inactive' account.).
You can extend these 60 days to 'forever' by paying.

Explain to me, after converting shares to 600 rapid points, I somehow lost 4 points without downloading anything.
As long as (as soon as) You have Rapids, the minimum Package, which can be selected is RapidSmall - this costs 4 Rapids per day.
Will mean: if you don't download anything (or less than 1GB/day or 10GB during HappyHour) 600 rapids will last five months, during this time you have Premium (or is it called Platinum?) features, then the account becomes 'inactive' (was called Collectors-Account before). The files are still stored for 60 days without download.

If HH sould stop existing, then RS will announce this.
