Nearly all my predictions have been wrong, but I did predict Holland to be champions at the start of the tournament, so maybe one will be correct.

1st halftime Holland-Spain.. ouch! what a halftime! it hurt to watch it!
I hope both teams give us a better 2nd halftime without any injuries for the players. Confused
In my opinion De Jong's yellow card was dark red. Rolling Eyes

I don't know why Holland played like that. If they can beat Brazil by playing good football, why not try that instead of kicking Spain?

Not good to see Torres looking like he's pulled his hamstring though. At least its not his knee again I suppose Rolling Eyes

Congratulations Spain! Based on the whole tournament, I think either you, or Germany, should have won. A very intense final, but maybe not the best ever for the neutral spectator. After being European champion, I think it's a great archievement becoming world champion as well!


Edit: De Jong's action should have been purple-red indeed.
