though Spain and England are looking good and one can never write off the Germans but I still think Brazil will have what it takes in the end.

Thanks for having so much faith in the Germans, but i'm afraid i can't follow that. It's just too hot in South Africa ... Wink

Does Brazil reaaally have what it takes compared to Spain, England or Germany? Spain is now pretty impressive with the players they have ie Xabi Alonso,Torres, Villa etc..

Spain is always a favorite but never makes it. I hope this time will be different.
I would like to see a new champ, i'm getting bored of the same teams winning the cup over and over again.

I know México won't make it, so i'm putting my hopes (and maybe some money) on Spain.

England will be there as usual whether its quarter or semi finals. I doubt they would make it to the final.

I went to the last World Cup in Germany.......i went to see Aussies play Brazil and see a big fat guy in the town centre with a t-shirt printed on it........."if you show me your Brazilian i`ll show you my English"

Spain, Brazil, England and Argentina are favourites for me.
But it could just as well be Germany, IvoryCoast, Ghana, Holland, Portugal or Italy. Also Serbia has got a strong team. For the sake of Africa I hope an African team will win.
