I think with Fabregas out of the season, Arsenal's hopes in both the Champions and Premier League have gone.

I think the gunners chances extend far beyond Fabregas....two away goals is a tough ask

Both Puyol and Pique are suspended so barca will probably line up in defense....

Alves--Milito--Abidal--Maxwell

I think Arsenal can really get at that back 4...

I wouldn't be suprised to see Arsenal knick it 2-1 Wink

Know what you mean....i 'm also a reds fan.

Problem is they're not going to make nest year's Champion's League so they'll probably lose Gerard and Torres (might go with Rafa to RMA) and that will means even more under performance in coming years.

Anyway, they're now in the Europa League now so we're kinda getting a bit off topic

I think any proposed investment deal will be key to the futue of the club. Its a known fact we need 100mil by July to re-pay the debt, its just a case of who come in and how much of the club they will get.

New investors will want their own man in charge imo (not that Rafa will stick around anyways)...

I think it'll be key as if Gerrard & Torres see that these new guys are willing to get the stadium going and put money in the transfer kitty then i have no doubt that they will stay as they love the club and the fans...

The problem comes if no ambition is shown or the current Yanks manage to keep hold of the club and the situation stays the same then our starts are bound to leave the "sinking ship"!

WOW! that's really putting your balls on the line...I'm impressed but not so bold . I'm prepared to say that Barca and Man U will be in the finals with Barca taking it. All this hype about that Rooney has gone to his head...all he wants to do is score even if other players have a better chance. and have you seen Messi recently....it's like him and the ball and he are one entity. He[s amazing to watch. In fact, I believe Barcelona could beat any squad right now...even any international one.

What a great performance by Messi. It will be very interesting to see how Mourinho plans his team to stop Messi in the semi-finals.

No matter what 'the one" tries to do, any team with the little genius will crush them all. I always thought Barca will walk away with the trophty..now there's no doubt in my mind.

I'm just wondering when the bookies will better Argentina's chances of winning the World Cup

Messi is only 22. Frightening. I'm waiting for him to reveal he always supported Liverpool and will join them in the summer for nothing but love. . . . .. Very Happy

I genuinly believe that Barca will struggle against Barca as they will look to play counter attacking football insted of the free-flowing football Arsenal played.

Look how they struggled against Chelsea last season who played a similar way and only went through after a great last min goal from Iniesta. In my opinion last years team was better as more players were contributing to the sucess insted of just Messi. I have no doubt that Mourinho will set Inter out to play a similar way and think it'll be a close tight game decided by the odd goal!

Argentina have not seen the best of Messi as they are not set up to get the best out of him and they play as a group of individuals insted of a team like Barca do (i love how Barca hunt the ball down in packs of 3's!). Maradonna as a coach will hinder them aswell.

I remember when Aguero was younger and everyone was raving about how he's going to be the next big thing and he come out and said that he was a Liverpool fan and how he ran down his street screaming with excitement after that night in Istanbul... Cool

Theres also a vid of him playing on Pro Evo as Liverpool and the other guy is Milan....

Shame we never got him!
