Champions League 09/10

Do Barca wear those shirts they wore last night in the Spanish league? On my tv sometimes they seemed to be pink, other times orange!

Was gutted to see Barca lose, i don't think they will progress as Inter will 'park the bus' in front of their goal in the 2nd leg...

Will be tough for Bayern now with Ribbery's red card. Shocker.

if Bayern get to the final will Ribery be suspended? or just for the 2nd leg of the Lyon game?

According to the rules a direct red card means more than one match suspension. But don't worry, they have Robben and he is in form.

I'm rooting for Barca tomorrow night. It's going to be a really tough tie, but if Inter allow Xavi and Messi any freedom at the Camp Nou, I believe Jose's boys will be in for a real, long night.

I think Inter will go through. I want Barcelona to win, but I think it will be 1-1 or 1-0.

I'm sure Barcelona will score, but if Inter "park the bus," that second goal could become too hard to create, even for the greatest attacking team in the world.

But I still believe if Messi and Xavi are given enough freedom they will channel that magic I've seen them do so easilly these last 2 years.

But I'm bias. I've seen almost every La Liga game Barca have played this year, I have only seen a handful of games involving Inter.

But Inter impressed me last week. They were fantastic!

Uefa have given Ribery a 3 match ban for his sending off in the first leg versus Lyon and so will miss the final.

I predict a 1-1 draw tonight.

Congratulations to Inter. I thought they deserved it over the 2 legs. To withstand Barca with only 10 men for an hour is tactically wonderful.

I think Inter will go on and win it now.

I don't mind who wins now, but I put my money on Bayern.

so the new champions of Germany will play the new champions of Italy! What are your predictions?

I predict an exciting 2-2 draw at full-time with Inter winning 3-2 after extra time

Much as I detest Mourinho from his days at Chelsea (I'm a Liverpool fan)(and yes, I'm happy the year is over, duh), credit where credit is due.

Inter to win 2 -1. Once the Evil One gets the lead, he'll send 9 guys back in the box.


But I will cheer for Bayern. Plus I just love saying "Schweinsteiger" (Schweinsteiger).
