Ahhh, but anything in excess can/will kill you - including water. And I'm not talking about natural disasters.
I recall some morning show hosts in Seattle(?) got fired after some bit about "holding your water" because a contestant died.
It has been speculated - even accepted by the medical community - that alcohol (red wine specifically), is good for you/anyone.
I know this can be rendered complete bullshit in a few years as several decades ago athletes used to take salt tablets after sweating their collective asses off in practice.
On the flipside someone may "prove" eating a stick of butter a day is good for you, so you never know.
Maybe exposure to weapons grade uranium will be healthy one day...
