Hahahaha, the one i use i think is even older, i bought it three years ago in a minisupermarket for around $20 dollars (in pesos of course). It works perfect and i really don't see why should i change it.
Like this one, but in mine all numbers have been erased because of time:

I don't still have it, but, when Launder said he dropped his on water, it reminded me of a phone I had years ago and I thought people here might think the story I have about it is funny.

I have a canoe that has two depressions on the flotation compartment behind the rear seat. I used to keep my phone on one side and a 50 ounce mug of coffee on the other. I wasn't paying attention to anything but the fishing when I decided to take a break and have some coffee. I turned around to see the phone sitting under coffee!

I shook all the coffee out that I could, then set it out in the sun to let it dry out. I tried it 2 hours later and nothing happened. So... I stuck the phone in the lake, shook it all around, then set it back out in the sun again. I tried it as we pulled into the boat ramp and, you guessed it - it worked! Try that with any of today's phones. I've seen phones that went dead because it rained on 'em.

What was the miracle phone? The Motorola 550 flip phone. Even though it looks like a military walkie talkie, I'd take one in a minute if they still made them.

I still have about as basic a phone as you can get now. I don't need an mp3 player, Internet access or any other bells and whistles. I just need a phone I can call people with. It's a Motorola V325i, about 5 years old.

Yeah! an even older cellphone i had (Nokia 6110) in my teenage years also survived water (me being throwed in a pool) and several trips to the ground.
But couldn't survive corruption: a police officer toke it when he cought me with a bag of pot. Confused. And he took the bag too Confused Confused
Fucked up days when cops here were aloud to molest and search anyone just for the sake of it.

I used the phone until two years ago, then I realized that this object, though useful, too affects the lives of people and I decided not to use it more. Now I'm really happy !!!!!!

My last phone? Nokia 3330....

I've had an iPhone for the last year - it's been the best phone I've ever had. The only complaint I have is the lack of battery power.
