@farkasr: Agree with Fonzz, that sound like they phished your account and now wanted to prevent you from further logins (just try to login).
If it's possible to login there, change your login details (I think the phishers haven't done it yet, otherwise RS would have sent you an email).
And at least activate the security lock, the new security feature of rs.

I'm probably spamming
thanks for the replies...however, I can't even login to Rapid. It "finds" my account but it won't take my password. When I ask for a new password to be sent to me, Rapid doesn't even recognize my email account! Still waiting for Rapid to respond to my inquiry.

update! Rapid finally responded to my inquiry (3 days) and yes...the email I had received stating I had "violated" their terms was a fake. They reset my account...strongly recommend if you have an account to "lock" your access. Still unsure how it happened, since I don't respond to emails requesting to update my stuff etc...conspiracy??
