The Dutch fieldhockey team is worth watching

Time for a little shameless nationalism...

Top 3 U.S Reasons to be proud so far:

#3 - Jason Lezak/Natalie Coughlin, Lezak with his unbelievable 2nd 50 in the 4x100 relay to finish the most exciting race of any kind I have ever seen, and Natalie (the cutest olympian ever, BTW) following up a silver the day before with a gold medal defense of her 100m backstroke title, both medals a strong comeback after a series of subpar swims in heats and other events.

#2 - US Men's Gymnastics winning the bronze medal in the team finals (after actually being in late contention for the silver!) with their top two gymnasts out with to injuries.

#1 - US Men's Volleyball somehow managing to be 2-0 so far after prominent US volleyball booster and father-in-law of the team coach was stabbed to death in Beijing. Amazing focus guys.

Thanks to all US athletes for a good performance thus far, but especially to these three for really making us proud back here in the U. S. of A.

And I thought the womens beach volleyball uniforms were nice. These don't seem to have much room for their numbers though.

Ouch to the americans..... No Phelps... about average. Investing billions and still suck at most events, ouch.

Don't get me wrong, I like several American persons as individuals (I hate the majoraty though, 'cause no sane person can vote for Bush twice), but the Chinese kicked your ass.

Mariel Zagunis is not so bad for an Olympic champion. SHe has a really cute face

Ellen Hoog (brunette) and Fatima Moreira de Melo are hot. Some of the other players are ok too. I prefer Ellen though They'll probably be the best looking golddiggers at the 2008 olympics, all they have to do is beat China (a sinch)
