Rapidshare points I THINK ITS A SCAM

You know what I dont get is why when I know for a fact free users who know nothing of rapidshare are downloading stuff like a 1.5mb picture by clicking the link but I dont get any points?

Its not making sense what is a good way to get rapidshare points? Posting downloads would seem like a good way IF they didnt have premium accounts themselves.

Im wondering if rapidshare jips you off and doesnt give u the correct amount of points you are suppose to be getting.

So far, I'm good for at least one free month a year. I don't host much, or at least when I posted, it was in a poorly trafficked area. If the file is larger than 100MB I use another host. I can't see making the free guys chase something for half a day or more just to download one movie.

Sometimes I combine smaller related files into an .rar rather than have multiple smaller downloads. If I think someone might want part, but not all, I don't combine the files. If I was only in it for the points I would always have everything one video per download. Sometimes you have to think of the recipient rather than the points.

When I think of the time involved in uploading files and generating a good video cap, then pulling it all together to post in a forum, (Even longer if you take the time to see if it has already been posted), Seven Euros to skip the process really doesn't sound like that bad a deal.

If you are in it for the points, it takes a lot of effort to maintain the 10,000 points per month if you never want to pay again. If you post the same material in several different places at the same time you will fair better at getting points.

Rapidhare is just another host for me. It is my preferred host when I can use it.

I went premium to save to simplify and enhance my downloading experience. I have a premium Megaupload account, also. I only upload files over 100MB at Megaupload, so I will never get any points with their system. I assumed premium membership at Megaupload would also entitle me to premium at Megarotic, as they are related. I assumed wrong.

My biggest problem is that there's nothing else to do with the points. I've got 900+ points with only a week left and I can't do anything with them. Hell, I'd be willing to give them away to someone, but as far as I can tell I can't. There should be something else to do with the points, even if its something stupid. 10,000 points is a hell of a lot of points.

I had 1800 points since the last time I converted points. I extended for six months, and now have 7800 points.

the only real problem is that when you go from free to premium all your uploads are moved to your premium acount. if you dont renew then ALL your uploads are lost.
its a scam, a nice way to make money and entice people in, but still a scam. Dont join if you dont intend to purchase your account and continue it.
