The Dioxin comment was made in reference to the apparrent assasination attempt on the newly elected President of the Ukraine. Several months ago during the campain he became very sick. Later medical tests in Austria indicated he hadthe highest level of Dioxin ever recorded, something like 3000 times normal.

Just for the record, I have visited the Ukraine and the women there are beautiful.
