Yup, have premium RS (offcourse, best porn-investment ever...). My broken uploads are due to my ISP so I aint blaming anyone else but them.

I use a download accelerator and it splits the file and I can hit almost 400kb/sec

I get generally 33kb per second transfer to rapidshare when uploading.

Seems to vary depending on your isp. It seems they generally set it at 10% of your download speed as my downloads go at about 350kb.
