I wouldnt worry to much Scooby, they're all mouth and would be one of the first to download it when it hits the boards. They love to take a high moral stance yet still hang here to get their little rocks off.

The laws are different in every country. The laws of the country where the tape was made will apply. You can't relie on what might be posted here. Try selling the tape to someone who has sold celeb tapes before. They will have lawyers to make sure they can legally sell it to the public. They obviously don't want to buy it from you if they can't be sure of selling it to the public.

If you are intent on getting even for something, then the tapes can just "appear" on the internet. Email me if you want advice on how to do this without taking any legal risk. You won't make any money, but you will get your revenge. You should send me a copy of the tape so that I can give you my opinion as to its commercial value. lol
