but saw one a month ago at three in the morning pretty scary if your in a forest:

Wrong turn

speaking of which i remember seeing a film sometimes on tv in the 80s or 90s also in a forest where people are going up a river and some guy in like a camouflage suite with leaves is following them and attacks them in a bus i think with a sickle...anyone know? i dont think its the forest from 1983...thats just a dude with a knife?

lets see what else...

****ren of the corn - never saw it all

some funny one with chuck norris where this zombie guy never dies...

ok these are old school

scream - of course classic from the 90s turn of the millenium

hmmm

other old school classics but never watched em halloween, friday13, etc...

REC is pretty scare, somewhere in the vicinity of Paranormal Activity and The Blairwitch Project.

Hostel is also pretty nice, but it is more gore than horror.

The Shining is so fantastic. Hard to believe it's 30 years old already.

I think the Evil Dead is probably the best of all time because it was made by college students and spawned quite a bit of imitators.

The Exorsist is a great movie, love all horror films. Love Zombie movies, return of the living dead and the scene were the zombies get on the radio and ask dispatch to send more cops, classic!
Vampire movies suck, lol....
but only one movie has ever put the fear of God in me and thats because its plausable, it can happen and it does, hundreds of times a year all over the world. First seen it when I was twelve years old and nothing since has ever frightened me...

Jaws

Today I love that movie and have seen it dozens of times...
just dont ask me to get in the water... Laughing

If its actually plausable, its more scary to me, the only other ones that comes to mind is, Silence of the lambs and Saw, but these two movies are not in the same catagory and they didnt scare me...
