This is the videothumbnailsmaker. Works fine if you want to make thumnails of a bunch of videos at the same time. Only problem is you have to convert'em to jpg after that.

I have that many 'cause the file formats. MPC can't make previews with RM files for example. At least not mine. Image Grabber usually doesn't work with WMV and so on....


By the way, i too have the rapiduploader and works fine with windows XP, with 200 mb files.

I have ffdshow filters installed and maybe one of 500 files you can't view or play with IG2 (only wmv9 is infected), cause it's grey shaded and flickering. In this case i just turn off the ffdshow filter and use the normal MS wmv9 codec and it works (MS wmv9 codecs are much slower than ffdshow, btw.)

And VideoThumbnailMaker requires net2.0, so it may be very slow on older pcs (like mine)

I can play WMV on IG2,i just can't make the screencaps: the screen just frezzes and does nothing. I'm not sure how to check the codec stuff, any advice is more than wellcome.
