Extracting pics from locked pdf?

The link below has a Pr!vate Tr!pleX pdf with R0se at pp. 47-52,
and some (rare) B/G pics of Bambi at pp. 55. If anyone knows how to extract pics from this type of pdf file, with no loss of picture quality (which excludes the "Print Screen" approach), please let me know how.

BTW, R0se is one of the most beautiful women ever to appear in HC pics. There's a thread devoted to her, here:

How does using the print screen button degrade picture quality? It's a pixel by pixel copy.

You can test to use pdfgrabber (its freeware), it`s reset pdf to any microsoft office document.
You could also google about " pdf to word free" for different solution

It would output the .jpg or any imagefile without quality lost

EDIT: K googled a bit more about it, theres existing some tools like pdf-unlocker to remove passwords.

Thanks for the leads, and ideas. Those particular approaches didn't work, but they got me
started looking. Turns out there's a program called AAA PDF password remover, which
works fine. Here are a couple of samples of what I managed to get, using that package.

If you are a Linux Ubuntu user then you can drag each original png image out of the default Document Viewer removing the text that has been overlayed.
