how to post a zip

could anyone tell me how to post a zip plz

Go onto a file sharing site such as rapidshare.com and click on the browse button on the webpage then browse to where the file is on your computer and hit the upload button... wait until the file is fully uploaded. Don't close the rapidshare webpage until it says it is uploaded. It gives you a link to the file on it's server and you then share the file you uploaded by copying and pasting the link into a post on this forum.

And you can't attach large files to posts here.
