I have seen that several others are experiencing the same as you.
Currently we dont have a solution, how to correct it.
Most people don't have a problem so we don't know if it's an internal server error or if it's related to the connection the members have.
Some suggest it's related to FireFox.
I can only speak for myself when I say I don't have any problem to connect to the forum using IE7.

Yes everyone using firefox all over the web from google to youtube are having this bad request problem when clicking on links,
I have read that its a problem with how firefox handles its cookies, they say to search for bad request fix for firefox and try that,
clearing cookies does not always work and if it does its just a tempory fix...they also say to update to the newest version and it
might help but there really is no fix from them but from people who write how they fixed it, try google chrome if all else fails,
I prefer IE7 overall...

I tried firefox and its not as good as the old Netscape was, I am a IE7 user and have it set to customed high standards in the
properties and I have no popups ever or any trouble surfing the web, my cookie folder is never more than a few and it rocks,
that is if you read several pages on the web how to tweak IE7, and it will rock, never ever use mozilla again I say but you never
know I just might...if microsoft screws up, I tried IE8 and nope its garbage till someone writes tweaks for it... good luck

Ohhh I forgot to mention, the 400 Bad Request , it means YOUR BROWSER sent a request the server can not understand, 99.99 percent
of the time its the browser that is not working and is sending bad request, servers generally do not give this error unless garbage was sent
and is un readable or unuseable, the server can not respond to the request and you get the 400 error from server... the problem is not
here at this forum at all... its from your end...

now the 500 internal server error I keep getting well its the server going bonkers....
overloaded or something ... hope this helps understanding 400 server errors

Well infact 400 errors can occur both on the client and server sides. And I think it's most likely that it's on the server side. This website uses Nginx 0.6.35 and the most recent version of Nginx is 0.8.7 (the latest stable version is 0.7.61), so it's propably a low-level program-bug in Nginx that causes this, but what specifically it is I can't say as I can't replicate that error with either Firefox 3.0.12 or 3.5.1 - So who knows?
