How much time do you spend on your computer daily?

Hey, just wanted to know how much time you all spend
on your computer daily because I personally think that
I just spend too much time for that...or maybe it's just
a mood of mine?

And if you are not everday on your computer then just
count the hours of the week together and divide it with
seven. Ballpark estimate, you know.

I mean a wise man told me once that the real life does
happen when I turn my computer off.

It kind of depends. I'm working on a degree in allied medical and I do a great deal of school work on the computer, but when I'm off for a few weeks like now I like to get away from it.

Do we include at work? I'm on the computer for most of the day at work... and yes I spend way too much time on the net after hours. I'm always trying to kick the habit but never can. They don't have a patch for internet addiction do they.

With studying for a degree, NFL and internet, I reckon I use the internet about 6 hours a day. I only watch tv around 1 hour a day these days.

I'm on the computer anywhere from 1 hour to 8 hours, depending on what's going on. I find I'm on the computer more than I watch tv.

Computers changed my life... I don't understand how i could be untertained when i was a kid...
So, it depends if i have a job or not... If i don't, my computer is on when i awake and off when i go to sleep... Of course, i have other activities between these two moments...

I work with computer so that must be more than 7 hours plus I like PC gaming and other stuff that related to PC like this thread for example

About 4 to 5 hours per day total I guess...

I spend a day of work in front of a computer, then when I go home, I will still go to my home pc basically the rest of the day and night. Sometimes I even leave my computer on the whole night, if I have a big download going on. When I go on an out of town assigment, I will take both my personal and office laptop and do the same thing. I respect the wishes of my office not to use the office computer for personal use. I could have been making 20-30k more a year or more if only I could kick this habit, go to grad school at the expense of my office and finish a master's even a doctorate degree.

Way too much for my own good.

I spend more time on the computer in a single day than I watch tv in an entire week.

I wonder why hasn't television become more interactive. There is some of that, but I would like to be able to watch what I want when I want. Instead, there is a small library of shows, and that's it. I want to watch every show ever made when I want to see it. Why doesn't that exist? That's why I spend a lot more time on the internet.

In my work period 2 hours the most
in my holidays about 4 hours
Although the PC stay on downloading movies mostly 1-2 hours more a day
with a download manager
