There has got to be a better, faster way to hand pick your favourite pics and save them to a desired folder than the old "right-click+save-as" routine". I am growing tired of this mind-numbing routine, but from my experiences this is the only reliable way to know what you are getting and to not get stuck with 1000 thumbnails that some "crawler" application dug out of the sludge that is the oozing septic tank of internet porn. No, I demand better, something that allows me to save the full sized pic or pics to a pre-selected folder with a single click or short drag and drop of the mouse. Is there such an application? If, not...Why not? Thank you for letting me vent...but seriously if you know of anything please reply.

You're right, making this is really a lack of knowledge in 2006 , there are many other ways:

Super Drag and Go:
Saves an image in a folder selected before by just dragging them: One mouse click, just what you wanted...
For Firefox 1.5 take the versions posted here (link) in mozillazine forums.
Unfortunatly Super Drag and Go doesn't work here in forumophilia because of stupid php...
One mouseclick more, but better customizable (more folders):
