I hope this is the right place if not then I apologize. I have a couple of models who what to open a Non Nude site ( >18 ) and I am just wondering if there is still a market or if that market has dried up? Also do you honestly think in a recession that websites feel the pressures also?
Again I am just asking for other points of view on this matter not trying to purposely break rules.
Thanks

The banned site CWH is now offering topless pics of some models to it's members. [I'm not a member].... that should tell you how bad the economy is hitting the websites.

As for a NN site, as always it depends on a few factors:

1 - Never promise something that isn't there. Nude is Nude, it is not an undressed girl covering her boobs with her hands... biggest kiss of death in my opinion.

2 - Make sure the girl is willing, especially if there are going to be camshows. An involved model will make the difference.

3 - Expect the model to dump you, don't take it personally... just move on and make sure you own the product on your site.

4 - No boyfriends involved. Ever.

That's about it from an amateur [me].. I like the tease sites but i don't like the 100% non-nude. Brooke Marks was a favorite, Meet Madden is becoming a favorite, Brat and Callista are NOT favorites. hehe

A couple of other things to consider.

Why do they want to start a site?
Do they think they can open a site gets some memberships and make a killing in a short time? The market is crowded with junk and unless they can come up with something that will sell then they may be better off providing content to a site that is looking for the type of product they want to put on their own proposed site. The money may not sould like what they are looking for but they/you will end up with less headaches.

How are they willing to support it?
If they think a one time shoot will make them rich, think again, they will need to keep the site updated or members will leave and tell their friends the site is no good. A good web site needs to be updated on a regular basis.

Hope that helps

Thanks For your responses so far. The two girls will not do anything more the swimwear because of their age and are interested because both of their parents have been laid off.
I guess I am wondering if there is room for a true below 18 non nude site? Nothing like Jimmy Stephens as neither parent is interested and I am not interested in being visited by the boys in blue.
The girls know this will be alot of work with shoots and trying to chat with members but they are still interested in trying to work on this. If we do go forward and they decide to leave I will have all rights to everything so they will leave empty handed.
So thanks so far and please keep commenting.

No, see the rules, especially no. 1:

Arrow Rules

1. Do not post or exchange by private message any images, download links, hyperlinks or in any other way share material where the subject was under eighteen at the time that the material was made. (This includes all non-nude material).

No <18 allowed, NN, nude, with antennae, from Mars, Jupiter whatsoever. No exceptions.

Yes it is Legal, but it is not allowed here. No <18 even NN. But I believe he is talking about starting a site on the web and not posting here(can't make money posting here can you). As for there being a market for it I think there will always be a market for pretty young girls nude or not as long as the pictures are good quality and show some variation, the worst thing you can do is have a different girl in the same outfit photographed in the same location and poses for each update. Make sure the girls look comfortable in what they are doing and like they are enjoying themselves. I hat it when the model looks like she is bored to death and just wants to get the shoot over with and go home. Keep it interesting and updated often and I think it could be a good money making project. But make sure you have all the legal stuff taken care of first(model releases, parental consent forms and all other forms, licenses in order) it will save a lot of headaches later. I hope this helps.

Before you open yourself up to what could easily turn into a world of pain, think carefully and make sure you have a solid business plan and you know the Niche you are going to market your product toward.

Working with -18 models is tricky in many ways, even more so when it comes to publishing content online. Don't forget signed models releases, these will have to be signed by the models parents. Giving you rights to publish the said content online.

You also might want to pay a lawyer to check the images you are intending to publish to makes sure you are not in breach of any decency laws.

My advice, shoot at lest 6 to 12 months worth of content before any site launch - Your second issue will be getting a merchant account to process your customers payments. All 3rd party merchants these day will want to see proof of your models ages upon request, and most will only take on sites with +18 models in my experience.

Lastly is there still a market for NN sites, Sure, the internet is a big place and the whole web models scene is a big one, BUT it takers a special models to pull of the whole NN thing in today's market places.

Hope that helps, any questions PM me.
