To see the video you must join all the parts of the video with Hjsplit

Stedem, I love your videos. I've downloaded a lot of them.
The first thread in all the videos plays okay, but any threads after that state "This file cannot be opened." This file does not appear to contain a Video track."
I'm not sure what's going on! And this probably isn't the right place to post this question, but I just thought you might have an idea!

I'm no expert on technical matters but it sounds like you may have an issue with codecs needing updating? I usually get around video play/missing codec problems by using VLC Media Player - free software which almost always plays troublesome clips that Windows Media Player cannot.

...because I've found in the past .avi is sometimes added at the end of the first part of a video split with hjsplit (ie. Oc_video_4.wmv.001.avi). You have to remove the .avi suffix before you can join/extract the whole video with hjsplit.exe
