Can someone (administrators) do something (new rules) with an extremely frequent sneaks on this forum? Links on any files is death in few hours...

There they get reported much faster than here. I would consider forumophilia as a very safe (and comfortable) place to post

In the first reading this seems not very helpful indeed, but i guess what you mean is that there is either nothing we can do against reporting links or that the mods are already working hard to keep the forum clean and safe. So you both should shake hands again and it is nice to see also young posters caring about the forums future.
