Well, it seems to be telling you that you can only download one file of any size one per hour. So if you wanted to download a video with 20 or so parts and needed all the parts, you could be there ALL GAWD DAMN DAY!

But to answere your question, what to do with rapidshare, you could grease it up with about a kilo of butter, wait until you catch your worst enemy bent over then make a run at him and jam rapidshare up his ass. Other than that I do not know of any good use for rapidshare.

sweet boy, the file names indicate they were created with HJ Join, to break up a huge file into smaller pieces. You need all the pieces, that is, all the files, AND HJ Join to paste all the parts back together again. If you don't have all the files, like Humpty Dumpty, you can't put them back together again.
