Thanks, Loui and dedofedo.
I didn't know that before. I already have only 3500 RSP and it's
getting up slowly, slower than expected.
Currently, with all the knowledge I've earned in this thread, I
am sure that I'll handle it like "dedofedo" advised. I'll create
a free premium-account and
DO NOT choose the option with
moving my files. So I'll let my files on my collector-account
and only use the premium-account to download as long as
possible (one month).
The problem is that I would have to create an own movie
thread to get more than 10.000 rapidpoints each month.
Actually, I'm only contributing to other people's threads
and if those threads go a few pages further, my uploads
get into an oblivion what means that no one downloads
them anymore because they think that my uploads would
be dead anyway.
500 RS-points only for moving files is expensive, though.
Would be interesting how many RSP other people got
round here and how many files they have uploaded
on their accounts. So I could get a better picture of it.
Do you guys think it would be smarter to split large
movies in more parts? The clue is following:
Let's say that a movie is about 220MB large...
Usually I make a two RAR files outta it because the
maximum amount of Megabytes which is allowed to
upload is by 200MB. So I've decided to make it easier
for the downloader to make less files as possible.
(220MB = 2 files)
But
IF I would split the RAR in more parts (probably
4 parts for a movie with 220MB), I would get more
RS-points, right? The more files which get downloaded,
the more RS-points I earn, right?
Or probably spread my links on more boards than just
forumophilia...I know many boards...dunno what 2 do...
Or how do you guys think about that? How do you
handle this to get the most RSP as possible?
