Please excuse the fact im new i just dont understand how I download pictures on here that people have posted rapidshare links for

is there somewhere on this forum i can read about how this is done?

Not that I know of, but hey! We all have to start somewhere:

There are two types of links, coded:

Code:

www.FakeAddress.com/DontBotherToClickMe.avi

and uncoded:
www.FakeAddress.com/DontBotherToClickMe.avi

When you put the cursor over coded links, it changes to an I-bar. Highlight the link, and paste it into the address bar, then press [ENTER]. Your browser will then navigate to the file, and allow you to download it.

When you put the cursor over an uncoded link, it chances to a hand. Click on the link, and the browser will go there.

When posting links, it is much, much better to use coded links - for technical reasons to do with not giving the forum a high profile as a pr0n site.
