I think I know what site you mean (despite the links being deleted 
), well they do infact have two sites up and running (and no i'm not gonna name either of them) - and I just joined one of them for the (sort of) low price of 12.95$ and they do have all the new sets from W4B, MCN, Errotica, Evas Garden, Hegre and Femjoy - so if you just want the new sets I have to admit it's quite cheap and all their RS-links (as far as I can tell (haven't tested them all) are working, but as their "back-catalog" are extremely limited it's not really a place to get a complete collection of anything.
So if you just want the new sets from these sites and you already have the older then this is quite a cheap way to get all the newer sets.
BUT I wouldn't (eventhough i've just given them 12.95$ - but that was for testing) - what they're doing is commercial piracy at it's worst - why the heck should I give them money for other people's work.
And I think it's most likely a lot of money that Oznur Kilic (That's the name that pops up when you do a whois on the domain-name) are getting: let's say there are 1000 paying customers a month at 12.95$ a piece that's 12950 $ - As far as I can tell they only update 6 sites regularly so lets say thats 180 $ for membership fees pr. month, then if they have a dedicated server at hostdime (that's where the site is hosted also pr whois) the cheapest dedicated server they have is 100$ eventhough as the site doesn't host any files they could use shared webhosting instead. Then maybe they use a rapidshare premium account for storing the files - that's about 10$ a month. So thats about 300 $ in expences per month vs. about 13000 $ that does give a hefty profit of 12700$ !! and that's for selling thing's they've stolen elsewhere.
Even if they use a more expensive server (hostdime's most expensive server is 500$) and have only 500 customers a month ( I can't really see them doing it if they haven't got at least that many) that's still over 5000$ a month in profit for pirated stuff.
