"Watch this topic for replies" link on pages

Can somebody explain how the "Watch this topic for replies" link works on the pages? Is there a page I can go to which will list the topic's in which I have clicked that link?

It sends you an email when the thread is updated. If you follow the thread back to see what the updates were, it wil lsend you another next time. If you don't it won't (in theory - in practice is sometimes does anyway).
