Downloading videos that stream with flowplayer <-- Help!

I recently joined a pay site. The videos on the site are streamed using flowplayer. How do I download the video file to my computer? I'd like to both have my own copy for when my subscription expires and also to share these with others.

Mac specific advice would be helpful.
