Anybody know a good free video cutting program?

I have a few movies that only have one or two good parts in them. I would love to cut them out of the movies and delete the rest. Anyone know of a good free program that will do that?

I tried this program a few times and it works very fast, like you're just copying the part you want to keep to another location.
Have you tried it yet buckethead?
