How are Individual Pages (Single Posts) setup?

I want to post multiple galleries within a thread as individual pictures, not as a RS set link Each gallery would look like a standard reply but instead of becoming 1 long continuous page, each gallery has its own separate individual page and they are strung together. Each gallery has a #n in the upper right hand corner and when clicked, the gallery opens in a new tab separate from the others. If this is not entirely clear, You can see how it works on the forum with the Phunny name.

I don't know if this facility is a feature of the hosting forum or the uploading software. The great advantage comes when downloading with a bulk image downloader. You can isolate just the gallery you're interested in instead of picking up all of the hundreds of images on the page which have to be selected and then deleted out.

If i got you right, you are looking for a possibility to open a single post in a new window without the other posts in the thread.
That would be a hosting forum feature, which afaik is not available at forumophilia.
