As to the comment above, 3D models often use textures made from real people (pain in the togus to map sometimes
) so the finished model would have those same markings.
I've seen some stunning renders before where it's really hard to tell if it's real or not.
Rendering apps like Maya could certainly do something like this, not btw that you can't really see her face, the face is usually one of the first places to look if it's a render or not.
Not saying it IS a render, just saying it could well be.
