You have to read what strahler2000 wrote in the first posts.

If you click on links of the format http:// rapidshare.com/files/xxxxxxxx/filename it will take you to a Rapidshare downloadpage if the file is still available.
I guess you don't have an account with Rapid so you should choose Freeuser download.
A countdowntimer starts and at the end of the timer you will get a clickable downloadlink.
