Program to crack RAR pass using a textfile of passes?

Thanks and good luck writing a useful program.
After reading your post I have download two programs and they have not worked as well as the batchfile, so far. I may try other programs as I find them.

- I have a special directory for all the downloads

- but if i forgot to add the pw, i'm pissed too

Same as "Monkey D. Ruffy", I have one which works with bruteforce
and also with words of a dictionairy (don't know if you can modulate
it with own predefined words, I simply never tried it out).

How fast the programme is? It depends how fast your CPU is.

But no matter what. I think that it's the wrong forum to ask for
stuff like that. I'd either consult a hacker-forum (can't tell you
some because of the forumophilia-rules) or the second option
would be to ask the "Federal Bureau of Investigation".
I think they got the best software as far for this which you can
get.

RAR passwords are pretty safe if you choose a long passphrase
with many foreign signs like "#+%§". If the RAR got a password
like that, I think even the FBI couldn't crack it in less time than a
a cuple of months.

there is a program that i have used and works well, though i dont think it works with rar. the zips where done easily.

or something similar use letters and not the @ or 0

or look for B.R.U.T.E .F.O.R.C.E progs.

When you encrypt your files and pp them, there is no program that will crack it. Here's a quote from the Winrar Help section...

"Remember that if you lose your password, you will be unable to retrieve the encrypted files, not even the WinRAR author is able to extract encrypted files."

look for a program called 'RAR Password Recovery 1.1 with Crack' on any of top torrent sites. It's always worked for me. Hope this helps........

Thanks. I played with the above progs years ago but never got results. So far, the batch file works sometimes.

Won't ever happen. Encrypted and PP rars cannot be cracked. Not even by MacGyver himself.

Don't know about just PP or just encryption alone though.
