I gotta say I love big boobs, but I would rather the woman have small boobs than to get a boob job. It is really pretty rare imho that a woman looks better after a boob job. Most people agree that all these porn stars looked better before the boob job. The problem is that the people who run the porn industry think everyone wants large, fake boobs.

Nose jobs can help the appearance of a girl, but breasts implants never help. The best example is Erica Durance. Look at her in House of the Dead. She had a nose job since then, which helped, but she had much better looking breasts before the boob job. And it was ironic she did an episode of Smallville saying how bad cosmetic surgery was, and she got the job partly because of her cosmetic surgery.

I didn't see the original thread so I don't know if she was mentioned, but the correct answer is Veronica Zemanova. There was absolutely no need. She doesn't do HC and she is/was one of the most popular models in the industry.

She's obviously done multiple shoots for them but it's difficult to say how long between. We know she got the nose inbetween visits; not sure how long it takes to heal.
