RS ACCESS problem

cant login to my acct today

anyone else having problems????

its very strange

I log in and it says it recognizes my acct but not my password

then i go to forgotten email link and enter my email acct and it then says it does not recognize my acct


and of course i sent an email to customer service but RS takes days to respond

Yup. Seems phished.

Did you activate the security lock (I don't think so; if it was activated nobody can change anything without security code)???

And it's futile to use a password like:

will RS help to fix?

I have seen people write that they have been able to reclaim a hijacked RS account, but I have no idea what they had to do to prove who they were. Good luck.

Contact the customer support.

I've heard that phished accounts which have lost RS points (the first thing phishers do is convert/sell your points) have got them back, too.

But I've also heard that it will take some time to get an email by RS.

And activate the lock as soon as you get your account back.
