Hey guys,

I'm not sure if this is the correct subforum, but I'll give it a shot Wink

I'm looking for a program to cut my pornmovies with. most of the time I only find 1 or 2 scenes interesting, and it would save me a lot of space on my harddisc if I could just cut those out. I have tried a program before, but it took over an hour just to cut a scene from one movie and it had a lot of mumbojumbo about converting. Anyone knows a good program that doesn't take ages to process? Doesn't have to be a free program Wink

Regards,

Flip

A solution is maybe to encoded just the scenes you like, even if it makes two or three files at the end...
If you don't have a pc from stone age, VirtualDub is the best for me, also because it's a freeware. Wink
But I'm interested if someone find something else.

Hi Flipke. My suggestion is that you go to download.com and do a search for "video splitter" or something like that. Download.com is always where I look first when I need software. And read the user reviews. They are from people who have used the program and well tell you if it's worth downloading.

when cutting with VIRTUALDUB the first and last couple miliseconds of the segment gets screwed up (feels like watching tv with bad antenna). also VirtualDub doesnt support many codecs. third, VirtualDub sometimes simply refuses to recognize video (especially if you downloaded them via torrent).

in those cases, and generally , i just go back to my old friend - "Ulead Video Studio". try it, its good.

I have done it before, but didn't really get good programs from it.

This is what I use and have never had a problem with it. Same with their joiner.

What's wrong with Windows movie maker? That usually does it for me.
