DownloadHelper is a firefox addon that does this for nuttin ,easy as all get out and pretty dummy-proof.

There is also an additional addon available on their homepage that automatically converts the flv files to wmv with no intervention.

Another feature is that it shows you what sites it supports AND assists you in finding adult content. Anything that can enhance my personal pornograph has my full and undivided attention!

Thats fine, thanks for the information. I personally should use Firefox myself, but I do not like there set up. So for now I use IE, and for those who use IE this program will work just as good as for those who use what was suggested.
