Are you smarter than a 5th grader?

I know a few of these things have been going around for years. I got this one in an email last night. There is a little prize for anyone who gets it. Please do not post the answer here! Don't spoil it for others. Just post that you got it right. If you use some very basic algebra you'll get it right with no problem. Here goes:

This is not a trick question. This is a real math problem so don't say that
a bus has no legs.

There are 7 girls in a bus.
Each girl has 7 backpacks.
In each backpack, there are 7 big cats.
For every big cat there are 7 little cats.

Bus driver is not in the bus at this time.

Question: How many legs are there in the bus?

Originally the answer would open a spreadsheet where you would put your name and then send it on. That wouldn't be a good idea here so I made up a bunch of wallpapers from the 3D sets I've been posting in anime area. Download them here:

I forgot to put down that this apparently really was a question on a 5th grade math test.

I believe I can say, without fear of contradiction, that the answer is not "Llama."

Its a good things that the **** have calculators these days. It would take all day to use fingers and toes as I did in school.

I wonder if you could even ask a Jr High student that question today. It might damage their self esteem when they couldn't answer it.
