Subject: What other electronic gadgets can't you live without?
I know none of us would like to go without our computers, but what other electronic gadgets can't you live without? I'm pretty bad. I have my digital camera, cell phone, and mp3 player (a sandisc sansana clip in 4 gigs). I can't even go to a class without having my cell phone and mp3 player on me.
Cellphones/PDA's are probally peoples biggest gadet they cant live without. I personally dont own an active cellphone. Id say i couldnt live without my HD Reciver & TV.
Cell phone of course, but one thing I've come to rely on is my DVR. I've been spending alot of time at my girls house and she does not have one. It drives me crazy that I can't pause/replay live TV and all the other handy functions a DVR brings to the table.

My PDA/cell phone and my DVR. Hell no I can't watch something the minute it's playing. Plus I like fast forwarding through commercials. Note I have to watch sports live though.

I have several digital cameras and will never go back to film, but you can keep all those other gadgets. I don't like "being in touch" every second of every day.
I did just get one of those digital photo frames as a Christmas gift for someone and put together a slide show of primarily nature (as in birds & flowers!) pics. I REALLY like the way the photos look on it. With music it's quite captivating.

I love my digital camera and mp3 player. I use both a lot and don't know how I ever lived without either. As far as cell phones go, I swore I would never get one, but then a couple of years ago a family member had an emergency health problem and had to go to the hospital. I go to school full time and also work and since my hours at both change every semester nobody knew where I was and they had to leave a message on my answering machine here at home. That's when I decided to break down and get my first cell phone. There have been a few times when I was glad to have it with me. Other times it can be a pain in the ass though.
When I got out I have to have my Ipod or PSP nearby in case boredom strikes. Never been much of a cellphone man but i guess because of work and other important things its a necessary gadget too. Although, I would toss it in the trash if I had the opportunity.

I swear the youth of today would kill themselves if they grew up my era. Yea i have a cellphone, MP3 player and all the other fancy shit they have today but i don't live and die by it.
I Would love to see a test or a study done to see how long it would take today's generation to go bat shit crazy when you take away all of their gadgets. HAHA.
I wager it would take less than 12 hours for 50% of the applicants to go nuts.
Besides my computer, it would be my tv. I'm not big on PDA, cell phones or MP3 players. They're nice but I wouldn't go crazy if I didn't have those items.
