There was no anal theme to the written material, and no one was being analyzed, merely surprised with moments from their life, captured on film. At the request of the distributor, director Scotty Fox changed the title to "Anal Analysis," and inserted the new title into the introductions given by host Ralph Edmunds (Randy West). It didn't make sense, but the reviews were favorable, nonetheless.
